Arang Kel is a small village inside Neelam. It is also called the Pearl of Neelam. This beautiful village is nested at approximately 8000 feet on a hilltop. Arang Kel is a 5-hour ride from Muzaffarabad, and the scenic route is a true wonder to witness.

Kel is secluded from the rest of Kashmir and is filled with green pastures and foliage. Kel is home to wild animals, horses, and birds of the rarest kinds.
